OUR STORY
Douglas Voge first worked in the buncher bow business managing Kamatics Wire Products from 2001-2007. During that time he developed and patented the Backbone Bow, “Flyer Bow With Semi-Enclosed Wire Guides” US 7,165,387, a first in the industry. Under his guidance Kamatics grew into one of the leading global suppliers of aftermarket buncher bows.
Voge Composites LLC was founded in 2009. It began with a complete redesign of the manufacturing process built upon a unique understanding of the success and failure of buncher bow design. Since that time Voge Composites has grown from a small niche business, into a leading manufacturer of buncher bows across the USA and the world.
2009
Voge Composites LLC is founded by Douglas Voge in Suffield, CT. Humble beginnings in his home basement quickly escalate as demand for high quality buncher bows is not being met by existing suppliers.
2012
Voge Composites is joined by Chris Voge, after his completion of engineering school. This marks the beginning of our next step as a small family business, ready to meet the technical challenges of the future.
2018
Voge Composites moves to its new home in Atlanta, GA. A new 10,000 sqft space allows us to expand our capacity, while continuing to deliver the same high quality parts our customers demand.
