Buncher Bow maintenance is a crucial step in reducing wire breaks and extending overall bow life.  If you are producing bare copper, tin or nickel coated copper, ferrous, aluminum or insulated wire, we have a wear part that will meet your needs on a variety of buncher or strander machinery.  

Voge Composites offers a full line of ceramic, zirconia and tungsten carbide guides, bushings, and rollers.  Standard production guides are offered for a wide range of wire diameters at competitive prices.  Custom options can be provided at a minimum quantity in a reasonable lead time.  Various roller options are available in zirconia and steel for applications that need to reduce friction and protect wire surfaces.  Spring steel wear plates are available for all buncher bow designs.
